How soon will I notice results?
After two years of menopause-induced insomnia, I'd given up hope. Hot flashes would wake me at 2 AM, and I'd lie there until dawn. My doctor suggested sleep. Within a week, something shifted. The hot flashes still happen, but now I drift back to sleep within minutes instead of hours. I'm finally getting 6-7 hour stretches. My husband says I seem like "myself again."
